At Directly Jen, we fully stand behind our products and want you to be happy with your purchase! We are confident in our partners and manufacturers. Our pieces are inspected prior to shipment; however, sometimes quality issues do happen. If your product has a quality issue, please follow the instructions below:
EXCHANGES…….
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. As all of our swag is custom-made, just for you, we cannot refund or exchange if you order the wrong size, so make sure to look at the size charts to ensure a good fit.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jennifer@directlyjen.com and please email us pictures of the full front of the item and any closeups showing the issue and we will send a replacement.

Shipping Information: For in-stock items, the home office works to ship orders out within 1-3 business days. We ship everything via USPS first-class and priority post. All items will have tracking numbers.
International Shipping: Unfortunately, at this time- we do not offer shipping to countries outside of the U.S. and Canada.
*Free Shipping Over $150: Applies only to the continental U.S. May not apply to large custom orders.
